The Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager, Customer Success with experience managing clients, using adtech/martech platforms, and supporting client renewals, day-to-day client satisfaction, and growth. You will be working directly with the Head of Sales & Account, other client team members, product managers and other stakeholders in a highly collaborative manner to help onboard new clients and ensure ongoing success.
Role Specifics
- Client Success: Recommend best practices and optimizations like “Here’s how to improve campaign efficiency” or “Here’s how to get the most value from Octane11.”
- Onboarding & Training: Lead new clients through setup and training, ensuring a smooth start and faster time-to-value with Octane11.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with B2B sales and marketing teams, agencies, and channel partners to ensure long-term client value.
- Account Health Monitoring: Track adoption, engagement, and performance metrics to flag risks early and create success plans that drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Pipeline & Renewal Management: Maintain detailed notes on client interactions, monitor contract timelines, and proactively manage renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Customer Advocacy: Relay client insights to product and engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities and improve client experience.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop joint success plans with clients to align Octane11 adoption with their business objectives and campaign goals.
- Client Support: Diagnose and resolve campaign setup issues; answer questions such as “Why does my data look like this?” or “What’s wrong with this setup?”
- Creative Tagging: Support implementation and optimization of tagging strategies to ensure accurate ABM reporting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with customer success and account management
- Experience in agency environments or with ABM/digital ad buying platforms (e.g., TTD, DV360, Xandr, StackAdapt, Beeswax, 6Sense, Demandbase), including campaign optimization and tag implementation.
- Experience with B2B audience targeting using data partners like Bombora, D&B, LiveRamp, etc)
- Working knowledge of adtech concepts like impressions, clicks, conversion, MQL, website tags and creative tags
- Experience with Martech tools like Email platforms (eg. Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM platforms (eg. Salesforce, HubSpot) a plus!
- “Can do” attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Strong written and spoken English skills

- Octane11 is a “Remote First” company with globally distributed offices
- All team members must be able to work during US-East time zone business hours
