This quarter’s release brings meaningful improvements across analytics, AI insights, and data coverage – helping your team understand performance more clearly and make better decisions with less effort. Details below and feel free to reach out for more details and live demos!
1) AI Assistant [Open Beta]: We’ve been steadily adding more and more features to our AI Assistant. The assistant can answer data questions in real time about campaigns, accounts and channels – and can write detailed summaries in seconds. The AI Assistant now lives on every page of the app and provides intelligent links directly into dashboards and reports, so you can drill down into any responses to see all the underlying data.
Note that the AI Assistant is also connected to the new Product Documentation Site (see below), so it has all of the context of how Octane11 works end-to-end. Try asking questions like “What are our top campaigns?” or “How can I map campaigns?” or “How do I upload target accounts?” or “Write a recap of campaign highlights for my weekly recap email.” Look out for more great features coming to the AI Assistant every month.
2) Reddit Ads Account-Based Measurement: We’re excited to announce a new partnership with Reddit that unlocks state-of-the-art account-based analytics. This integration is the first of its kind, delivering deeper insight into how Reddit campaigns influence target accounts and revenue – and bringing Reddit into your measurement mix alongside other major media platforms.
We’re already seeing strong results. Early participants reported +95% more account reach compared to other social channels, and for many, Reddit has quickly become a top revenue-influenced channel.

3) Product Documentation Launch: Our new product documentation site is officially live. It includes common FAQs, integration guides, how-to walkthroughs, and deeper dives into Octane11 tools and workflows. The product documentation site has built-in AI search so you can ask questions there (or via the AI Assistant throughout the app) about any aspect of the platform and receive intelligent, contextually-relevant answers instantly.
4) Target Account Prioritization: We’ve released another upgrade to our account matching logic, specifically focused on website activity. Our waterfall logic now prioritizes and optimizes for Target Accounts when associating sessions.
We backfilled data for all clients to December 1st and are seeing an average lift of up to 8% in Target Account sessions, and up to 10% in Target Account sessions tied to UTM channel activity.
Some channels are seeing significant gains:
- Google DV360: +20% increase in Target Account activity
- WSJ / Forbes: +12% increase
- Google Ads: up to +9% increase
5) Demo Org Release: If you’ve been curious about everything Octane11 analytics can do, you can now explore it firsthand with our new Demo Org. The demo environment provides full visibility into our dashboards, CRM reporting, marketing influence insights, and more – all in a live, interactive experience. You can also use the AI Assistant within the Demo Org to uncover insights and see how conversational analytics works in practice. Talk to your account rep if you’re interested in adding the Demo Org to your Octane11 account.
6) Domain Consistency Upgrades: We’ve rolled out a major domain consistency upgrade to eliminate fragmented company reporting across subdomains and regional variants. Activity from subdomains like metacareers.com or regional domains like deloitte.ca now roll up to their parent domains (meta.com, deloitte.com), creating cleaner analytics, clearer account journeys, and a streamlined Account Selector – no more scrolling through 20 versions of the same company.
7) Content Syndication Support: Our Activity Uploader now supports content syndication activity, making it easy to import and measure this data alongside other channels.
8) Internal Domains & Suppression lists: Managing internal domains and suppression lists is now easier than ever with our new self-service tool. This helps prevent internal employee activity, bots, and spam from skewing performance reporting. Access to update is available in the left sidebar of the app.
